An advise to you. You shouldn't submit demos to the portal. They are more likely to receive a blam.
This leaves a weak first impression to me. It's not the lack of sound, but the content itself is barely showing anything. The graphics are untouched, so no comment to that.
PS.: Don't take this statement by heart since it's my thought.
Sprite animation may be losing its charm, but only because it has a bad reputation and this doesn't make it better.
Of all the responses, I would like to praise yours the most (thus far), from what you've said, I totally understand where you're coming from, and I agree with you, there are a lot of sprite animations which are put and including this one which will make people think that there's nothing to it and thus worsening the reputation. this is my first time animating and whilst this is definetly not a cry for sympathy or "don't judge be too harshly" bullcrap, I sincerely hope the finished product will leave people with a better impression.

I'm impressed. It was very entertaining. The designs are simple, yes. But I think, they worked out well here. There are rooms for improvement.
The quality could be a bit better though. This is already uploaded as a video format. No need to limit yourself if you are sticking to that. The characters had a lot of artifacts in them.
The animation are not bad and the music choice is good. I recommend other SFXs though or at least more variety.

I like the idea, but you should at least add the lipsync in this. The animation itself is already simple, so you could at least lip-syncing. Otherwise, it was worth a shot.

I haven't seen the previous movies yet, but I must say that it was very interesting to watch.
I like the animation here. It's very well-done here. The art was also great. Music and sound effects are okay, I guess. It fits.
Overall, very good. I haven't played Skyrim, so I don't get this much.
That was incredibly stupid. I love it.
The animation was fluid, the character's faces are funny looking and the humor was random. I'm not exactly a big fan of nonsense humor, but I found it hilarious here. Oh and the music was fitting.
